Product introduction:
The vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace consists of a furnace body, a vacuum system, a pressurizing system, a control system, a hot zone, a gas system, etc. This equipment can be used for the sintering of metal, ceramic and some refractory metal intermediate compound powders. The advantage of hot pressing sintering is that the equipment investment is small (compared to hot isostatic pressing). Since a high vacuum degree is maintained during the hot pressing process, the sintering temperature of the product can be effectively reduced and the gas in the tiny pores can be removed, thereby further promoting the densification of the hot pressed material.
The main advantages of the vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace include:
1. It is conducive to the removal of adsorbed gas and has a significant promoting effect on the shrinkage in the later stage of sintering.
2.It is conducive to the removal of impurities such as silicon, aluminum, magnesium, calcium and their oxides, and plays a role in purifying materials.
3.It can improve the wettability of liquid phase sintering, facilitate the shrinkage during the sintering process, and improve the structure of the alloy.
4.Vacuum is an ideal inert gas. When other primary or inert gases are not suitable, or the material is prone to decarburization and carburization, a vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace can be used.
5.Reduce the pollution of harmful components (water, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.) in the atmosphere to the product.
Purpose of vacuum hot pressing furnace:
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is a vacuum electric furnace that uses thermal energy and mechanical energy to improve the density of materials. It can perform vacuum hot pressing sintering below 2300℃ and protective atmosphere hot pressing sintering below 2400℃. It is mainly suitable for sintering and recrystallization of ceramics, cemented carbide, artificial diamonds and tools under high temperature and high pressure in teaching, scientific research and production scenarios, as well as heating and pressing of refractory metals, ceramics, etc. in a protective atmosphere.
After sales:
1.Installation, Commissioning And Acceptance
We do installation, commissioning and acceptance in buyer's plant.During the installation and commissioning period, the commissioning personnel shall be provided free of charge by the demander according to the staff standard.
The equipment shipped to the buyer, the seller received the buyer's notification, both within a week to carry the equipment out of the box together, then check the equipment and all components according to the packing list . Including equipment accessories, spare parts and special tools, attached manual and technical documents, etc. It can be installed after the acceptance check of equipment.
After installation and debugging, the equipment shall be accepted according to the technical accessories.
2.Training
When taking-over the Furnace to the customer, We will give a staff training to customer. The operating personnel of the customer should join to commission,test the furnace, when installing at customer’s company.
This is practical operation training and practical maintenance training,and our technical personnel will telling the basic principle,equipment maintenance knowledge,And the common fault handling measures.We can training 2 ~ 3 workers. ( Training how to maintenance and operating.)
3. Warranty period
The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, which starts from the date of installation and debugging of the supplier. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions within 2 hours, after receiving the buyer's notification . If it is need to go to the site for treatment , operators dispatched by seller should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard. In case of emergency,operators should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard, and continue to make repairs until the fault is removed and the equipment returns to normal.
